Weddings & Honeymoons - FAQ's

What happens on the day of the wedding?

On the day of the wedding, our wedding co-ordinator will talk to the couple in the morning, even though she is usually in contact with them every day. We give the groom a complimentary room to get changed in, allowing the bride private use of their fare'. The wedding co-ordinator is available to spend the afternoon with the bride to assist with any last minute requirements she may have.

We ask that the groom meet the wedding coordinator and the celebrant in the reception area 15 minutes before the wedding. The groom is then escorted to the wedding destination and then soon after met by the bride who is collected by the wedding coordinator. Traditionally dresses "Serenaders" guide the bride into the ceremony. Local Ni Vanuatu witnesses are provided if the couple requires them. The actual service is only about 20 minutes long and is very non-religious.

We are happy to give you a copy of the service if you require. We also have a religious version of vows if the couple so desire, or they can write and provide their own.
