"The service, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the fact every member of staff would say hello when in passing and made you feel very welcome.We also thought the standard of the actual resort was great, everything was well maintained and clean and this was really important to us. There were a lot of activities to keep us entertained during the day and in the evening with a good selection of food to choose from, either at the restaurants of via room service."

"Both my husband and I were thrilled with EVERYTHING. From the lovely people that greeted us on the mainland, to reception, to our apartment, to the service we received in the restaurants. Both my husband and I have been telling everyone about the venue. My husband still talks about Jimmy and felt that Jimmy was a God send with his friendliness and helpfulness to organise tours etc for us. We loved every aspect of our stay and were very disappointed when it had to end."

"Arriving on Monday the Welcome Night was a lovely gesture to feel atuned to the hotel and meet some of the staff. The buffet was lovely and encouraged us to book into the Melanesian Feast on the Tuesday night to try some local recipes. The meat in banana leaves proved to be the best food we ate the whole week on the island! The food and beverage staff at Waterfront also deserve special mention for their attentiveness."
